Returns & Refund Policy

We give a 7-day money back guarantee.
Goods must be in original condition and returned in the original packaging. Freight and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.

If you find that items are visibly damaged (i.e. the packaging is torn or crushed) as a result of the delivery process, you should do one of the following:

1. Do not accept delivery if the item appears to have been heavily damaged. Notify Caulfield Music immediately of the situation and let the delivery person know that the item should be returned to Caulfield Music.
2. If the packaging is not visibly damaged but once opened, the articles inside the packaging are damaged or do not work, notify Caulfield Music immediately to arrange for return of items for repair or replacement.

How do I return an item?
Detailed return information and procedures are provided on the back of the packing slip included with your shipment. Please fill out the return form and include it with any returned merchandise. Including this form will allow us to process your return more rapidly and will reduce the possibility of error. If this form has been misplaced, please include a sheet of paper with the return, detailing the buyer's name, the order confirmation number, and the reason for the return.

Caulfield Music will not sell or provide personal details of our customers to any third party. The contact and address details you provide will not be used for any other purpose than delivery of items or for Caulfield Music to communicate with you in regards to an order or forthcoming offer.

Caulfield Music will not provide credit card details to any third party outside the ordering process.

All prices include GST.

Delivery Shipping and Handling

All values and costs are inclusive of the G.S.T. Orders under $100 attract $10.00 fee. Guitar orders over $100 will be shipped to anywhere in Australia through Australia Post with a shipping and handling fee of $28. Other orders costs are configured against the specific item.

All orders are shipped to credit card holders address only (except by prior arrangement).
