What do I pay?

1+12 equal payments over the year. For example if the instrument cost $1300 and the freight cost was $5.00, then $105.00 would be debited when you receive your instrument and a further 12 debits of $100.00 are then made at monthly intervals.

How do I pay?

All payments by Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard or direct debit. You fill out the authorisation form. What happens if I want to break the contract? Return the instrument direct to the dealer or direct to Studio 19 in its original condition. Provided your contract is up to date, you will only be required to make one additional payment.

Simply fill out the application form and give it to us. Some application forms can be approved within 15 minutes, and get you playing as soon as possible.

Terms And Conditions

(1) Your Payments: As the Purchaser, you shall during the continuance of the purchase plan term, pay the vendor (Studio 19) monthly payments of no less than the agreed rate. The initial payment shall be paid with the application. Subsequent monthly payments will be made on or before the same day as advised by the vendor, whether payment is demanded or not.

(2) Ownership of the instrument. The instrument remains the property of the vendor. Nothing contained herein shall confer on you any right or property or interest in or to the instrument until the full payment has been made. Until such time you shall be Bailee of the instrument only.

(3) Your agreements and covenants. You agree and covenant with the vendor as follows:

a) Not to sell or offer for sale, assign, mortgage, pledge, pawn, lend or otherwise deal with the instrument or with any interest therein of this agreement.

b) Not to create any change, lien or security upon the instrument, nor allow the same to go out of your personal control. You shall notify the Vendor immediately of any seizure or attempted seizure.

(4) Breach or default.

a) If you fail to pay any amount due for seven days after that some has become due (whether this payment has been demanded of you or not) or commit any other provisions of this agreement, the Vendor, without prejudice to its rights to recover amounts overdue may with out notice resume possession of the instrument. In that event you shall allow collection of the instrument by the Vendor, without prejudice to its right s to recover amounts overdue may without notice resume possession of the instrument. In the event you shall allow collection of the instrument by the Vendor and acknowledge that the Vendor may for that purpose by itself, its servants or agents without previous notice enter the place of installation for the purpose of taking possession.

b) If you terminate this agreement for any reason before the expiration of the purchase plan period you must return the instrument to the Vendor at your expense and the vendor may recover all arrears payable to the date of termination together with a some of one months payment or the balance of the total amount payable to the expiration of the purchase plan which ever is the lesser.

(5) Acceptance by the Vendor. This offer is expressly subject to acceptance by the vendor within a period of one (1) month from the date hereof notwithstanding that the instrument may have already been installed in your premises. During that period the Vendor may decline your offer without notice and without being bound to give any explanation. In this case any moneys paid will be refunded and the Vendor will take possession of the instrument. Neither you nor the Vendor shall be under any liability in respect of any of obligation herein contained.

(6) Assignment of rights. The purchaser may at anytime assign the benefit of this agreement to any persons or corporation, subject to written acceptance by the Vendor.

(7) Stamp Duty. You shall pay to the Vendor any government stamp duty assessed on this agreement.

(8) The Vendors rights. Any indulgence by the Vendor shall not prejudice its rights as set down in this agreement. Any waiver by the Vendor of a particular breach of this agreement shall not be deemed a sanction or waiver of any continuing or occurring breach. Termination of this agreement, or termination of the purchase plan, shall not affect any right of the Vendor to recover moneys due or damages for any breach of this agreement.

(9) Entire agreement. The conditions set out in this brochure constitute the whole agreement made you and the Vendor. No officer servant or agent of the Vendor has any authority to vary, add to or commit any of the terms or conditions of this agreement.

(10) Place of making agreement. This agreement shall be deemed to have been made in the state of residence of the purchaser.

(11) Interpretation. In this agreement "instrument" shall refer to that is outlined "your instrument", singular words shall include plural words, words importing persons shall apply to corporations and in case of two or more Purchasers, they shall be bound jointly and severally.
